Receptionist
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated receptionist to become part of the friendly and supportive team at Jurien Bay Physio.
About Us
Jurien Bay Physiotherapy is a busy clinic with 4 physiotherapists. We have 2 physios working every day, Monday to Friday from our clinic located within the Jurien Bay Health Centre.
About the Role
You’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic, supporting patients and therapists to ensure everything runs smoothly. On the job training is provided to ensure the right person settles in well.
Key responsibilities include:

Opening reception in the morning.

Greeting clients and managing appointments

Answering phones and emails
-
Invoicing
-
General administration such as filing, scanning and data entry.

Stock ordering and housekeeping

Remuneration
We are offering the successful candidate a salary in line with The Health Professional Award rates of $30-32/hr depending on experience, plus superannuation.
Skills and Experience
-
Experienced in reception or administration (healthcare setting preferred but not essential)

Friendly, confident, and great with people

A self-starter who enjoys working independently and as part of a team

Proficient use of computer software such as Word, Outlook and emailing is essential. We use HICAPS and Cliniko, training will be provided.
Job Requirements
-
4-5 days per week, approx. 5 hours per day.

Must be willing to start at 8.15am and will finish approx. 1.15pm
-
Option for more hours if agreed by both parties.

National Police Clearance - required
-
Up to date vaccination history is highly recommended.
