What to expect:
Your first appointment will include a full assessment so we can accurately identify the cause of your problem and work with you to come up with a treatment plan that is safe and effective and gives long lasting results.
This may include advice and exercises as well as hands-on techniques such as joint mobilisation, stretching, massage, dry needling and exercises to strengthen weak muscles and correct postural problems.
